I have to admit that the overwhelming support from the young ladies to help in Nigel’s quest to raise funds for Comic Relief has caused me to disguise several manly sniffs during the morning ……
Sarah Nelson's GingerbreadThe Geography young ladies had all clubbed their last pennies together to procure some Sarah Nelson Grasmere Gingerbread on the last day of their field trip in Blencathra to introduce Nigel to a little flavour of a Cumbrian type nature ……how very romantic …….

    Gingerbread is a great choice...ginger is supposed to be soothing for the tummy...not that Nigel seems to need it....Dianne

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
