And So ….Home Sweet Home –Chez Castle Greysquirrel

Almost twenty four hours after saying a tearful  goodbye to The Luxor Hotel and Last Vegas we finally arrived back home to our beloved Castle Greysquirrel ….
Back home to wolverhamptonIt looked like home ………  it felt like home ….. it smelt like home!
lifesize John Wayne Cut outJohn Wayne was still standing guard in the porch just as we’d left him ….. ooooooo it felt good to be home ……. but it was soooooooooooooooo soooooooooooooo, soooooooooooooooo, COLD!!!!
Home Sweet Home.Nigel opened his eyes fleetingly when he realised we were home ….
Home at last.…… and let out the most mahoooooooosive sigh.
and so to bedAnd then we just dumped our suitcases in the hall and went straight to bed …… we were totally and absolutely cream crackered …. and there was no use fighting it, not even for a cup of proper tea!
Jet lagDarrell had a quick check around ……
jet lag.…… and then followed us up ……. it was good to be back home!

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
