Our Boat Trip Continues ….. As Does My Agony …..

After the wonders of Mrytos Beach our Captain took us on a little pootle round the coast to the sleepy hamlet of Assos……
 
…… where we weighed anchor and which afforded me the opportunity to find a bench and put my head robustly between my knees for half an hour or so …..
…… while Darrel and Nigel posed for photographs and gasped and sighed and gasped and sighed and gasped and sighed some more!
I gather from their “muted” reactions that it was all too romantically Greek and idyllic for words ………….…… and I know that they would have very much liked to have topped off the said perfection with the pleasures of a generous dollop of Greek ice cream ……
……. however, being mindful that inwardly I was still tossing up and down  they both agreed that cooling dollop or not, it was a pleasure they could forgo for fear of setting me off all over again!   Sometimes you’ve just got to love ‘em!!!

    I would be beside myself with pure joy seeing all that romantic loveliness and definitely gasping and sighing .......so many unforgettable images to reminisce about during grey winter days.....love these wonderful photos!....Dianne

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
