Oh, dear. Just as well Nigel didn't get wind of it, beforehand. He would have done some direct action, and laid down in front of the man and his mower, to protect the plants.
ReplyDeleteAre you allowed window boxes? I think you may have said they aren't permitted. If you can have them, you could add a splash of colour to The Towers.
Very sad indeed. Councils have a lot to answer for in terms of flora and fauna I have found. JantheFan x
