As you know Darrell is our Cocktail Maker par excellence, so when Hugh, his best friend and mentor of all things de rigeuer and a la mode, mentioned in passing that anyone who is anyone is currently partaking in the pleasures of a cheeky Pigtini, he was straight on the case…….
……. only to find that his beloved cocktail cabinet was found wanting as the recipe, from emmascakesandcocktails, called for 2 shots of Tequila Rose, 4/5 strawberries, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, a tablespoon of Percy Pig sauce and a handful of ice, all whizzed together in the blender and then garnished with a most ample drizzle of sauce and with a couple or few Percy Pig sweeties.

Now, what is and isn’t essential is in the eye of the meltdown shopper, but let’s just say that Darrell is making a list and he’s checking it twice. He’s happy to wait, as this joyous celebration of the Pink Jelly Cob Roller is something of such splendour it deserves to be served on just the right occasion ……… but swig we shall!
