Aren't Binoculars Brilliant?

Aren’t binoculars brilliant?  They make things that are far away look really close when you look through them.

I’ve been looking for George and the Banga Bus with them, it’s brilliant, I can see them coming miles down the road.  I can also see the postman and the paperboy coming ages before they get to the house.
I think I might try looking at birds next……

    You can look through the wrong end and everything, including your feet, look miles away. You think you are very tall.
    You can also put pencil lead round the viewing bit and the next person to use them looks very silly!

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
