Meanwhile …. Back in UK ….. Nominate a Torch Bearer ….. London 2012

SORRY TO BREAK INTO DARRELL'S EXCITING HOLIDAY REPORT .... BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!
We HAVE to get ourselves organised and together as NEVER before! The Olympic Organisers are looking for 8,000 Torchbearers to carry the Olympic Flame, it’s a no brainer, it’s got to be Auntie Jan and our bezzie mate Vinnie The Volunteer! They have given themselves wholeheartedly to volunteering for so many National/International  sporting events all over the country, in the past few years, they deserve a chance!!!

We are planning to launch a campaign and hopefully put together a resume of all Auntie Jan’s and Vinnie's volunteering activities/achievements, so that others can see what they have done and see what worthy contenders they are and perhaps nominate them ….. please!

    What a great idea. I am sure Auntie Jan and Vinnie would be great candidates for this honour, and would do the nation proud. Go for it!

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
