Tom and the Lovely Laura have just spent the weekend with us and amongst all the chaos of their packing to go back home, the aforementioned Lovely Laura had been remiss in forgetting to take the remains of her weekend sweeties that she’d put on the stairs so she
wouldn't forget them, with her ……
…. a faux pas of a confectionary type nature that was not lost on Nigel! His robust interest was not in the leftover squares of Lindtt 85% cocoa chocolate ….. a taste far outside the bounds of Nigel’s limited sophistication ….
…… no, the object of Nigel’s desire was a half length of sour apple cable …… (the Lovely Laura’s ultimate confectionary of choice) ….
Though only a remnant, it was still bigger than Nigel …. who tried to struggle to get it upstairs to eat in his room in peace….
….. before giving up and deciding to eat it there and then on the stairs. Nigel reasoned was that if he put it somewhere safe until the Lovely Laura returned in two weeks time, it would have undoubtedly gone stale, neigh perhaps even mouldy ….. and that would have been a terrible, terrible nom nomming waste! What is he like?

Looks like Nigel is wrestling a giant green snake.
ReplyDeletefinders keepers is the motto of the day and it could be mistaken for a snake cuasing panic on the stairs were some on could fall in the rush to get away so in the intrest of health and safty he did a good job now to remove the slippery chocolate and plastic bag
