A Disappointing Conclusion To Darrell And Nigel’s Sunday Snowflake Vigil.

snowflake vigilDespite a “teasing” of snow on Sunday evening, the sight that greeted Darrell and Nigel when they got up yesterday morning was far from what they had hoped for ….. instead of the deep and crisp and even,  all they they got was thin, damp and slushy ……
Snow hits wolverhampton.….. not at all the snowy scenario that snowball fights, John Lewis snowmen and igloo parties are made of ….. and to boot,  conditions that did not even warrant a day off work!

    I read that it could get snowier overnight so, hopefully it will be deep and crisp and even, instead of shallow, warm and scraggy.

    It was temporarily a lovely dusting of snow, even if it wasn't enough for the desired igloo or snowman...Dianne

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
