Last night Nigel was very busy sitting at the kitchen table with his paper and pens, humming happily, like there was no tomorrow ……
….. he has got it in his head to invite Tallulah round for tea on Valentines Day!!!!! On the menu, fish fingers, chips and peas, followed by treacle pudding and custard!
I have tried to erm …… let his down gently, pre-warning him that a girl as popular as Tallulah will have probably already made engagements for that evening …….….
……..But when Nigel puts his mind to something it’s hard to “unsway” him, I just hope he isn’t heading for a fall.
Nigel writes much better in Spanish than he does in English. Better send him off to some plays at the local am-dram theatre.

Keeping fingers crossed Tallulah has a free tea time on Valentine's day....it would be just too much if dear Nigel was disappointed and his heart broken.....Bagpuss has a very empathetic expression and might console Nigel should the worst happen......hoping for Nigel's tea party to be a great success with Tallulah sitting across the table......Dianne
