“Orifice” Daffs Help Lift Darrell’s Seasonal Affectiveness ………..

One of the ladies in, what we like to whimsically call our “orifice” has put pot of tiny baby daffodils on her desk that have had quite a remarkable effect on Darrell ….. who I am afraid has had a touch of the melancholy and I know is pining for London climes, despite trying to make a passable impression of a buoyant mood.

Picture33…as they are soooooo very, very  romantic and lovely, and full of the prospect and promise of spring …… and then Easter….. and baby bunny rabbits and chicks …….and Cadbury mini eggs and, and, and  …..
Picture34I was considering buying Darrell one of those SAD lamps to try to dispel some of his winter gloominess  …… however I think the aforementioned baby daffs may well have done it for me!!! Phew!!

    I LOVE DAFFS THEY ARE ONE OF MY MOST FAV FLOWERS AND LIKE WHAT DARRELL SAID THEY BRING HOPE OF WHATS TO COME ITS NOT FAR OF TO LONDON TIME WE CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU BIG LOVE MARC

    Daffodils do raise the spirit with all those springtime images......whether it is a single daff bulb in a pot or a whole host on a hillside, you can't help but think of springtime.....we have to get our daffodils, tulips, and hyacinths in pots because Florida is too hot for most bulb plants....enjoy those baby daffs!....Dianne

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
