Darrell spent most of last night pondering Nigel’s want of a croc and woke this morning with a very tangible and palpable spooky sort of (Greak) Derek Accorah type feeling that he should go forth and beachcomb …… it was just like an urgent feeling in his water he said ……. what is he like?????
But straight after breakfast Darrell headed very purposefully along the beach, scouring it robustly for his quarry, a man on a mission ……
…… and, after about an hour he returned, a little red from the sun on his shoulders, and in an absolute state of flux, dragging behind him the aforementioned quarry that he had had such a spooky feeling about, an abandoned croc ……..
“Seek and ye shall find!” he declared triumphantly ……. OMG, the croc was perfectly Nigel sized ……
…… a magical vessel in which he could adventure to his hearts content …… it was a very emotional Greak odyssey type moment.
Darrell sometimes complains that he can be a martyr to his spooky feelings, but this spooky feeling was totally inspired.
And Nigel for one was certainly not complaining!!
Keep a close eye on Nigel. We don't want him sailing off into the sunset.
