A very mahoooooosive, and very beautiful iced Easter Egg is on display in the foyer at work. It is the sort of Easter Egg, that Hugh, Darrell’s best friend and mentor, who leads the showbiz life in Notting Hill, gives to all his staff and friends at Easter, but of which we, especially Nigel, can only dream.
As soon as Darrell spotted it, he knew that there was no way of protecting Nigel from it’s alluring draw, and knowing that when Nigel does see it, if we don’t rein him in now, there could be the ensuing purchase of many raffle tickets, heaven help us!
We are therefore, for his own good, limiting Nigel to just one strip of tickets ………
….. and drawing his attention to the note underneath that says “Please do not touch the egg!” which means that it does not need “someone” offering to polish it!!!!
It would take Nigel the best part of the Easter holidays to eat all this egg.

that beautiful egg would inspire anyone to spend every spare cent on tickets...... Nigel is going to be in a deep state of egg desire that occupies his mind day and night!....I suspect he will spend his free time gazing fondly at this ultimate chocolate egg...Dianne

ReplyDeleteOh my-how difficult, not to touch & being told to buy just one strip of raffle tickets. I wonder if it's even possible especially as Easter is still a few weeks away.
