Hugh called up his “Man That Does” and suggested that he drop us off at one of Hugh’s favourite eating establishments while he is in Worcester, The Talbot in Knightwick……..
……. and added that our tea was on him …… we were to “fill zee boots to zee top, no?” and have whatever we wanted from the menu …. even going as far as having a starter, mains, pudding and coffee!!!!! 
And well …….. it would have been rude to say no, wouldn’t it?
To say that The Talbot was in the most idyllic and romantic of country setting ……..
…… would be a mahoooooooosive understatement ……
It was stunning, we all drank deeply of the country airs and felt very at one with nature, this was just like heaven on earth, but without the sea!
Hugh’s “Man That Does” told us ‘twas rumoured” that a famous young Las Vegas magician lived in the renovated church “up road”, which we all agreed was quite understandable as this place was all very, very magical.
However ……..there was something about being so close to all things of a nature type nature and the menu at the Talbot that was making Nigel feel a little uneasy about his usually very carnivore proclivities ………
Oh dear-might we have a vegetarian soon?!
