A Festive Easter Quandary ……….

With the Lenten Season upon us, Nigel, being Nigel, has naturally been taking a very keen interest in all the Easter Eggs that are now starting to fill the shop shelves, deciding which one he might liketo find at the bottom of his Easter bed ……….

……. but I have a quandary ……

I still have three chocolate reindeer left over from Christmas in the top cupboard ……..

……… do you think I could somehow persuade Nigel that they are a trio of red nosed bunnies ………

……. if I play innocent, with the strategic placing of an adhesive Easter sticker or two to cover any Christmassy tell tale bumf, do you think I could get away with it? Or, should I just cut my losses by melting them down and making crispy cake nests with them ……… and say nothing?  Answers on a postcard please.

    How about mixing them in with a selection of Easter goodies? He may not notice.

    Ahhhhh, Easter time with tulips, hyacinths,and Lindt bunnies and chicks; but I suspect the reindeer will be a hard sell as bunnies!.....chocolate nests sounds like a perfect solution; inspired actually......always reassuring to have a chocolate stash!......Love, Dianne

    easter nests all day every day with little chocolate eggs in there is nothing nicer that hand crafted artisan sweet things they would cost a little fortune from my man who makes all things choc choc for me big air kiss and show biz wave hugh

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
