It's Here! Our Most Favourite Time Of The Year .......

Our most favouritist month of the year is finally here, it's the first day of December 2019! What else can we say except "woooo hoooo hoooo"!  Our halls are well and truly decked, not perhaps with boughs of holly but with certainly enough glinsel and titter to cover a fleet of battle ships, with many, many thanks to our in-house festive artistic director Darrell!  He was up until 3.00 this morning to make sure Nigel and I woke to awe and wonder!

It goes without saying that we have also donned our gay apparel from our extensive yuletide wardrobes ........ but to be honest it was opening the first window on our Popcorn Advent calendar, a very special pre-Christmas gift from our No. 1 Fan, Jan the Fan to start our Christmas proceedings with a bang, that we were most most excited about.

Darrell and I both agreed that Nigel should do the honours, otherwise we seriously risked him going pop himself from all the pent up excitement he'd held back since it arrived.

The first packet of gourmet popcorn to be revealed was "choc 'n' pop".  Let's just say, it was not found wanting and did not disappoint!

There was enough for us to have three pieces each, amidst much gourmet nomming ....... it's not only beginning to look a lot like Christmas, it's also tasting a lot like it too ........ happy, happy December days at The Towers!
