We've finally received our much anticipated coronavirus letter from 10 Downing Street.
We never dreamed that a letter bearing one of the most famous and romantic letterheads in the world would find its way into our mail box, however with a content of such a serious nature there was little joy in reading it, but perhaps, one day in happier times, who know, we might hope for another.
We feel pretty sure we are adhering to all the government's instructions to the very letter, however Darrell, being Darrell said that we should all slowly read through it just to be doubly sure .........
......... and he would highlight all the salient points as a reference, to ensure that none of us would be found wanting if any of our conduct was ever brought into question.
We are pretty sure, after Nigel went over Mr Johnson's signature with a wet finger, that the letter wasn't actually signed personally ........ but who knows, perhaps again, that may be for another day.
