With lockdown easing everso slightly Nigel accepted Lucy’s invitation to nip over to Stratford Upon Avon for the morning ……. strictly abiding by all the rules of social distancing of course.
Despite initial warnings ……… the natives were friendly ………
…….. once Nigel had recited his 7 times table, identified the capital of Burkina Fasoas as Ouagadougou and St. Honoratus of Amiens as patron saint of confectioners. What’s he like?
Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
Stratford-upon-Avon is a wonderful, as Nigel is smart. Will you see one of the Bard's plays? Or visit Anne Hathaway's cottage? Or are these things still closed?
