I have to admit that during the darkest days of lockdown I don’ think any of us, at times, enjoyed the pleasures of a deep and satisfyingly robust nights sleep.
However, in the depths of the Worcester country side, away from the real world, full of fresh air, with happy tums and wonderful companionship we are sleeping like proverbial logs.
In fact Hugh, slightly worried by our rather tardy morning risings has had to come in and check on us for his own peace of mind, several times now …….. which is rather embarrassing ……
…….. with tales of how the walls of the cottage have been gently reverberating in response to all three of our contented snores during the night ………
…….. and the promise of a full English and Continental breakfast waiting downstairs when we are ready …………. what is he like?
Not many problems with social distancing out there. You have probably relaxed that bit more.
