Nigel’s Sustainable Christmas Charity Shop Shopping Continues …….

Nigel scored again yesterday on his festive quest for sustainable charity shop shopping gifts on a budget ………. only finding a stress pickle (Oxfam 99p), the most perfect gift for Darrell for when he gets a little worked up about things, like where to put the last bauble on the tree.

…….. just a quick squeeze, squash, crush or dare I say tug on his pickle and all will be well in the world again!  The boy dun gud, ……. bordering on genius, I mean, who wouldn’t want to find a large facsimile gherkin in their stocking on Christmas morning?

    The boy Nigel has dunn verryy gudd, yet again.

    It doesn't look like the Gherkin building, in London, which is instantly recognisable and iconic.

    Maybe Darrell's gherkin, tugged or otherwise, will become instantly recognisable and iconic, too, in the future.

Sorry we are going to have to add word verification our comments section as it seems we are again being bombarded with spam!!! So if your comment doesn't come up straight away it means that our lady "that does" is going through them with a fine toothcomb, so that the spammers don't get through .....This is such a robust pain in the bottom and as such we have boycotted all SPAM comestibles in protest ..... sandwiches, fritters, fricasse etc.!!!!!!
