It has to be said that we remain woeful strangers to a Fladbury Pie ………
……. but on the other hand, we are no strangers to their van, which is oft seen on our estate ………
…… which never ceases to cause Nigel great amusement every time he happens to go past it …….
…… for obvious reasons ………
Perhaps, when we are out and about with Lu of a weekend, we should suggest a visit to said Pie Shop just to check out their latest confections, to wit, a pound or two of their finest pork, leek and black pudding sausages, along with a couple of links of tomato, garlic and black pepper and not wishing to look rude by being stingy, why not throw in a couple of pork and honey mustard ones for good measure? As for the pies, well, a steak and stilton could well just hit the spot! If/when we do pop by you’ll be the first to know!
Sausages and a pie, for me - steak and ale, if they have them.
