It’s a pity you/we don’t have smellyvision, because the aroma that is currently pervading The Towers is just tooooooooo wonderful for words.
With a chill in the air, the dark nights beginning to set in earlier and earlier and with a mind to the horrendous price of gas and electricity Darrell decided it was time to get out his slow cooker and cook in bulk to provide chez nous with a little comfort as autumn starts to bed in and winter looms …….
……. and make rich beef stew, complete with real, proper, mahoosive dumplings, OMG, heaven personified on a plate. It just doesn’t get any better than that.
Let’s just say it was and is very, very, very emotional ………
Where would we be without our beloved Darrell and his incredible nomtastic culinary skills, apart from skinnier?
