Race For Life

Wolverhampton Race For Life 2010
Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me and Cyril, I get a little teary eyed when I see the list of lovely people who have never even met us but have been to my Race for Life page and donated to Cancer Research.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, WE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN.

I think we may be the only participants in West Park that have our own back up team in the guise of Aunty Jan ….. she will be running behind us at all times, with water, glucose tablets, plasters and a foil blanket, should we become hypothermic. She is also well practiced in cramp relief and has supervised our carbohydrate intake for the last week, (Cyril's protein intake is his own business), as well as monitoring our sleep charts and buying us a plastic poncho each should it rain.
It’s now all down to our stumpy, yet well toned legs to carry us across the finishing line.  I hope to have LOTS of brilliant photos for you to see over the next few days.

I have never seen such an orderly group of monkeys. Collective noun for monkeys - troop? A conflagration of arsonists and a flush of plumbers.
