The Year of the Rabbit
How exciting! We will be celebrating quietly at home by having a Chinese tea from our favourite takeaway Jade House. We will probably spend ages poring over the menu, and then end up having our usual Chinese meal of choice.
I predict that Darrell with have a pancake roll, followed by sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice and I will most likely plump for hot and sour soup, with Gung Po Beef and plain Chow Mein to follow.
We will share a bag of prawn crackers and two banana fritters for pudding (with some squirty cream that we have in the fridge). Nom, nom, nom.
Gong Xi Fa Cai!
