More fruit consumption ensued for Nigel at 6.00am …. with Darrell helping Nigel to both preserve and reserve a little of his upper arm strength for later on, by ……
….. holding his bananas for him …… however after reading this article (see link) Darrell and I made an executive decision to pull any further banana ingestion from Nigel’s Marathon Bush Tucker Trail (but indoors and in England & without the grubs & stuff ….. or Ant and Dec) …. as a matter of precautionary Health and Safety concern.
