After the taking of the school photograph was over ….. Nigel lingered a while to watch all the scaffolding being put away……
……… erecting and unerecting scaffolding seemed to be such a robust and manly occupation ….. and not unromantic …….
…… especially to someone who spends his most of his working day steeped in the machinations of sauce rotation ……
….. and pondering the possible introduction of the occasional “guest” condiment, available for a “limited time only”
