I have a Brain Age of 84, which is not very good!
So I am really trying to get it down.
When I am not training my brain, I like to play Tetris, but without the sound on as it can be a bit irritating.

I have a brain age of 8, which would be fine if I were aged 8 but you can just about add four decades on to it.
