I suppose one can eat turtle doves, french hens and partridges in pear sauce. I don't fancy eating penguin though. I will stick with turkey as my festive bird of choice, nommingly good.
What does a Mexican turkey look like Mr D? Do they taste any different? Do you have stuffing in Mexico? And if so is it a bit more exotic that Sage and Onion?

In Mexico we eat at 12 midnight. I am partial to a bit of breast and stuffing but I prefer the English stuff. What's wrong with S&O?
