There was a big clunk in the porch this morning and there, sat sitting there on the mat, was a parcel for us. We are so very very lucky, it was a present from one of our followers the lovely Glen.
She’s made us a special Gingerbread Monkey each and had even put our initials on so we would know who’s was who’s
We didn’t like to leave them over Christmas as we were worried that they may go stale, so we ate them there and then with our festive wake up orange juice.
There are only 9 words to say Glen, nom, nom, nom, nom, nom, nom, nom, nom, nom!
Thank you Glen …… very delicious! It was also quite a spooky gift, of a Derek Acorah nature, as we were about to festoon our banister with a garland of gingerbread men ….. how very, very bizarre! It must be the mystical powers of Darrell’s holey stone once more casting its magic around us.

Did you eat the legs first or did you bite their heads off at the start?
