There’ll be absolutely no doing with Darrell until Nigel and I finally wave him off tomorrow morning on the start his Apprentice Adventure, the ultimate ticket on his 2017 bucket list. If he’s checked that he’s got his train ticket, studio ticket, Oyster card, Werther’s Originals, plus clean pants and spares and his holiday toothbrush once, then he’s checked them a million times!!!
So in order to get just a little respite from all the speculation and robust hope that perhaps Karren Brady, or even better, Claude might be in the studio to give their expert opine, I have resorted to taking a little stroll up past the allotments in the afternoon ……
……. where it is looking very seasonally romantic, and smelling wonderfully of autumn …… it affords me a little peace ……..
…….. and the opportunity to indulge in the glorious autumnal pursuit of kicking up leaves to my hearts content …… what am I like?

A lovely path, with plenty of leaves to kick too.
Yes a little quiet, in this mad apprentice world, sounds bliss to me. JantheFan x
Coff, coff - too funny. I'd stay at home - unless you can find a hotel with undulating floors of course! Psst, messaged your Mum :)

Such a lovely distraction is just what Darrell needs ........an autumn stroll is just the ticket to guarantee a peaceful commune with nature...... unfortunately we are having exceptionally hot weather in the US south; 86F and 87F degrees scheduled for us this week....it's making me a little testy!.....Love, Dianne
I hope Darrell remembered his PJ's as well!?

What's going on? Mum or her monkey haven't put up their latest adventures. questions will be asked in Parliament and in Mexico City, as well as in sunny Florida.
