Farewell Wells

There were tears as we bid a found farewell to our Wells caravan …… not from Young Master Bertie, no they were from Nigel, what is he like?

It was just the realisation that as he went into the caravan to double check it for the umpteenth time to make sure that we’d left nothing behind we would most likely be strangers to our beloved caravan holidays for at least another six months.

We are already in the midst of the grips of autumn, Nigel had even found fallen real life walnuts on our site  …….. getting up in the dark in the mornings is already upon us and with the clock going back we will now have to embrace walking home in the dark too, something none of us is exactly relishing.
To help lift his mood I reminded the little fella that Halloween was next on our agenda …… he was in the car in a flash, pumpkins had to be carved!

Despite the dark nights and mornings, there's is always something to celebrate on the calendar - and soon it will be the shortest day too and we will already have turned a corner. Happy days young Nige. JantheFan x p.s. not to mention a certain festival in December!
