Delicacies Of The Region

We are still in the very early stages of exploring the comestible heritage of our new chosen county of Worcestershire.
Worcester Regional DishesHowever, the first two that immediately spring to mind are ……..
Morrisons Worcester Sauce…… Worcester Sauce, in this case, not the real thing, but a Morrisons own brand (…..but soon to be rectified) ……..
Walkers Worcester Sauce Flavour Crisps……. and, along a similar line, Worcester Sauce flavoured crisps.
We understand that Malvern Pudding is also a regional dish, which hopefully, we will endeavour to review once we find the definitive recipe.  Happy Days, though smaller portions for Darrell.

Saucy goings on?
Worcestershire sauce is found in many restaurants here in Mexico. The locals can't pronounce it so the bottle also says "salsa inglesa," which simply means "English sauce."

Those crisps are very tasty, sadly not allowed on the DIET though. Hope you enjoy your tastings.

Worcestershire sauce has long been popular in the US, but haven't ever seen crisps flavoured with it. The wonderful world of crisps is my downfall; ultra crispy deliciousness all neatly packaged.......love your food tastings that keep us informed! Love you, Dianne
