I have tried to embrace everything on my Czech Adventure, just like Laura the PE Lady has told us to …… but
……. my bed is rather hard …..
……. and offers me little comfort.........
....... especially to my bruised bottom from all my snowboarding!

Try falling forwards instead of in your bum - at least half of the time.
