Following on from all our wonderful success at Spinalonga Bingo in Elounda this year ………
…… it would have looked remiss, not mentioning most rude, for Darrell and Nigel not to try their luck in the clubhouse on their Welcome Park.
However, they decided to keep things simple, individually opting for a single card for each game, rather than the more usual book of five, because just concentrating on one set of numbers was more than enough for both of them.
Unfortunately, despite all their meticulous planning, what was the one thing they hadn’t anticipated in needing? If you’ll pardon the expression, dabbers! They had to make do with the pens Darrell fortuitously found at the bottom of his man-bag, which immediately had them down as rank amateurs amongst all the “professionals”. Not that they would have been much good anyway, because even with all their valiant efforts, neither one of them was ever in danger of “sweating!
However, it did give Nigel food for thought, in considering putting some aforementioned dabbers on his Christmas list and/or perhaps even a bingo set in training for any similar sojourns in 2023. What is he like?

Nigel certainly gets into the spirit of things. "Training" for bingo. Whatever next?
Nothing beats a good game of Bingo - happy days - or maybe not quite so happy if you don't have the right numbers to cross. JantheFan x
