Nipping Over To The Next Town Along – Polychrono

Last night we thought we would take a taxi and nip over to the next town along from us, Polychrono.

Let’s just say, it did not disappoint …….

…… although if I’m honest, we prefer “our” beach in Hanioti just a bit better.

They did have a SPAR on the seafront, but we decided to refrain of it’s undoubted pleasures as we didn’t want to look like mad “Brits abroad” hankering for PG tips and Marmite from the motherland, we prefer to be at one with the locals, as it were!

They also had arcades, something we’ve never, ever come across on any of our Greek Oddities, however, they had no Penny Falls, presumably because,  with the euro, they don’t have coins that are anything like our own 2p’s.

A few choice souvenirs were perused ……..

…… but it’s too early to think of such things just yet …….

…… especially not when there’s more of our beloved Loukoumades to chow on down and score on noms!

Not to mention a cheeky non alcoholic beverage or two …….
