To Let, Do They Know …….. It’s Haunted

Sadly, the old “Spiritus” haunted house/shop is no longer …….  the old tenants, having gone to new astral realms or plains no doubt ……..

However, the building itself has undergone quite a transformation.

…….. and doesn’t look half as foreboding now ……

But naturally, it got Nigel to wondering. Sadly, we never got to partake in one of Spiritus’s physic evenings with optional midnight cellar lock-in with investigations of a “most haunted” type nature, the cellar being the epi-centre, it is said, of where most of the spooky goings on, went on………

Poor Nigel started to worry about what has happened to all the landlocked ghosts and earth bound spirits now.  Was the building exercised before the reformations took place and the troubled souls of the departed forced to moved on/out? 

……. or were they just left, tied to perhaps misadventures past  …….. the aforesaid old tenants leaving without first divesting themselves of their innermost secrets from within to the renovation company?

Will the new tenant/s be told of the buildings secrets? What if they encounter anything of an untoward, unearthly nature? Can they take legal action and charge the landlords for any interventions that may have to take place if not told?  It’s times like this when we really miss the late, great Derek Acorah RIP, he’d have known what to do. Soooooooo many questions without answers, poor Nigel ………  perhaps questions will need to be asked in Parliament to put an end to his torment!
