It has to be said that Evesham is rampant and awash with plums at the moment and so it would only look rude not to avail ourselves of one, two or even three punnets wouldn’t it?
I think Darrell was rather hoping to knock up a few crumbles with what I brought home …….
…… but I am afraid, much as we love Darrell’s said crumbles, not to mention his cobblers and duffs, these were just to sweet and moreish to even find their way to his chopping board …….
……. the perfect excuse, I suppose to go out and get some more ……
