With another Valentine’s Day been and gone, you may have noticed that we’ve now set our sights on counting down to the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday 9th May 2023…. with grateful thanks to our beloved webmaster (see sidebar).

We now know that the slogan for the contest is ‘United by Music‘, with the art showing the fusion of heart beats, just how wonderfully romantic is that? A perfect reflection and interpretation of our own, excited, palpitating vital organs! What are we like?
The runners and riders of the two semi finals ( 9th & 11th May) have been drawn and announced by Rylan and a very lovely accomplice, whose name currently escapes me. ……..
……. and the stage setting has also been revealed. It’s almost too exciting to bare.

The Towers is, as you can imagine, ripe with Euro-speculation, as to who the hosts of the contest are to be, who/what the interval act is and most importantly of all ……… who will represent the Royaume-Uni in the contest itself?????? I tell you what, we just might burst in all this run up!
As always, rest assured, when we hear absolutely anything of a Eurovision type nature, you will get our reactions within seconds.

You are starting early for this year's inky pinky parlez vous, boom bang a bang-a-thon.
So the timer on your page is the (grand) final countdown? I feel a song coming on.

In Eurovision terms, it isn't a patch on Neil Innes' "Mr. Eurovision Song Contest Man."

Do you have tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest?? You’d be visiting so close to me if you did.

Oh it's all very exciting. Stage looks amazing. Shame you couldn't be there this year Boyz but at least you know it's being held on our doorsteps so to speak. JantheFan x
