Getting Into The Spirit Of An Odyssey

We are loving the full and comprehensive corner of crisps in Adams, our half a mile away, corner shop where Nigel often pops in after a hard school run day …..

……. currently bringing back a family bag of Lay’s tomato flavour crisps, our very most crisp of choice when in foreign climes.……

…….. evoking hundreds and hundreds of happy memories of Greek holidays past …….

……. as well as preparing us, comestibly wise, for our next up and coming Odyssey.

Eating them on the sofa dans grande Bretagne, while watching TV isn’t exactly the same as sharing a big bag betwixt three sunbeds, on a blisteringly hot beach in Greece, with just a hint of sun cream lingering on our fingers, but oooooooooooooo they certainly take us there! What are we like?

Great that you are getting in the mood to be a Greek of the week.

Give me Bovril, Barbecue Beef or Cheese and Onion, any day of the week, not that any of these can be found in Mexico. :(

It's lovely when something triggers memories of fond times which have been and more memories to come! Well done to your new shop, Adams. JantheFan x
