……. you’ll always be sure to find at least two or three choice fur and leather purveyors along any one of a towns streets, proffering the very finest coats and jackets of said materials ……
……. should you wish, perhaps, to get ahead for the winter and chiller climes.
However, at present, just the sight of such a garment, no matter how high end and fashionably on point they may be, has me completely overcome of a red hot, trickily mess type nature! Darrell admits, though sorely tempted, that the heat of the evenings, when we are out and about, is a bit too much and the thought of just slipping one on, even for a second or two and then posing (graciously) in front of a mirror, gives him something akin to the very worst meat sweats after Christmas dinner! What is he like? So, for now, it’s a polite no from us.

Very wise. There isn't much call for them here in Mexico City, either. Although there is snow up some of the nearby mountains.
Some of those coats would fill up your luggage space, too. You'd have to wear it getting on the plane, to avoid buying an extra suitcase.
