After we celebrated a very quiet Valentine’s night together on Friday, with sadly, no romantic interludes whatsoever ……. Darrell made a most remarkable discovery on Saturday afternoon …..
He had gone out into the garden to check on Andy’s beloved fish and see if there had been any damage caused by the high winds that we have been experiencing of late …..
…… he soon ascertained that, fortunately, we had come out of it fairly unscathed, save for a couple of plant pots that had been blown over …… but as Darrell leant over to tidy up the mess up he noticed something glinting in the February sunlight ……
OMG, it was like a moment of discovery from The Antiques Roadshow ….. it was a ring, a very large and sparkly ring …… that quite bedazzled him!
“This ….. is an omen …. of a very spooky Derek Acorah type nature.” he sighed “I feel it robustly in my water that I was truly meant to stumble it ……. and steal it away to a safe place …….. and wait ….. for a time when I may wish to become betrothed’ed’ed’ed ……..or something like that …… ” Oh good grief, what is he like?

Wow. Does mum recognise the ring?
Oh wow, that is an amazing omen and truly must be of a romantic type nature.....what might that ring's story be?......did the wind whisk it to you especially to present to your one day betrothed.....even Derek Acorah would be impressed with this spooky happening......Dianne
