The Smell Of Fresh Washing From The Line

For Darrell you just can’t beat ……
……. the smell of fresh washing ……
……. after it’s been hanging on the line!
Spring is here ….. and tumble drying and clothes strewn radiators are hopefully a thing of the past ….. for a while at least!!  Bring it on …..

Spring has sprung.
"Spring is here ….. and tumble drying and clothes strewn radiators are hopefully a thing of the past ….. for a while at least!!" Until it rains again?

I'm with you there Darrell! I don't own a tumble drier and at every opportunity my washing is on the line. I love smelling it just as you're doing in the photo LOL!

Ah, truly one of life's simple small pleasures that remains with us; it can't be imitated.....also freshly mown grass and lilacs in May......when I was a young girl and lived where it was cold, sheets and towels were hung out even in winter and brought in frozen and stiff as a board!......Dianne
