Not too many waterings, I hope.Why not try playing classical music to him/her/it? A nice bit of Mozart may do the trick. Failing that, mum could be crafty and put new seeds in. I vaguely remember a movie title - "The boy with the green hair." Tom the Scientist may be able to confirm that aluminium ions and also chlorine can turn your hair green as well.
Being patient is so very difficult in this sort of situation......I know little Pooh bear will be loved and accepted as he is.....can't wait to see further Pooh bear developments of the sprouting sort and any other miracles that just might occur with this magical bear!!.....Dianne

Try putting it in the airing cupboard. A bit of darkness and warmth might encourage it to sprout. x
