Nigel Comes Up Trumps In The Muddy Puddle Department.

Little Iris very much enjoys the adventures of Peppa Pig and in turn copying her hero’s propensity for jumping in muddy puddles.
muddy Puddles. Nigel is not adverse to the odd muddy puddle himself either, so has taken it upon himself to be on constant alert for suitable, newly formed puddles after any shower for Madam and him to erm….. acquaint themselves with………….finding muddy puddles…… and yesterday he found a couple of very excellent ones near the railway bridge just outside our estate.
muddy Puddles In his expert opinion he said that they offered an almost perfect muddy puddle combo (depth and width) to provide “…….a very satisfying splashage quota” muddy puddles 1He just hoped that they would still be there when he next collected Iris from nursery tomorrow, however, in the meantime, it would be rude not to avail himself of them any way, happily quoting Mummy Pig “If you are jumping up and down in muddy puddles, you must wear your boots!” …….. which doesn’t quite explain the very muddy, wet socks I found secreted under the towels in the washing machine later on in the afternoon!  What is he like?

Oh happy days - life is not a good life without having jumped in a puddle or three or four....... or more than you can count. As long as it is not the one which the vicar of Dibley jumped in!

Prime puddles for sure! How can they not be enticing to all ages?! Definitely don't want Iris (or Nigel) up to their neck/chin like Geraldine G.! Happy puddle day from Dianne
