Just before setting off for work on the Codsall Clipper Nigel felt that it wouldn’t hurt to have a “full bodied little something” to help maintain a robust stomach lining and keep him going on the journey ……. on a great day such as this he couldn’t afford to feel wan or weak or limp wristed!
…… Eight hours into his Marathon Bush Tucker Trail (but indoors and in England & without the grubs & stuff ….. or Ant and Dec) …. and Nigel was as fresh as the proverbial daisy.
