It certainly doesn't look like a place one would stop to empty one's trolley. Somebody must be off their trolley. If mum took it back, would she be a trolley dolly? An old fashioned, sexist term.
Perhaps you could have some fun with the trolley first-pushing each other down a hill?? Maybe not as you're quite close to the waters edge-could all end up in disaster.

Those carts can be a problem and they multiply once a particular spot becomes a cart parking lot!....but no worry at the Towers with residents keeping an eye on errant carts and making certain all is neat and tidy!....Love you, Dianne
