Because The Monkeys Love ……. Milk Tray

How do you select your preferred Cadbury Milk Tray chocolate of choice?

I like to pore over the menu, making an informed selection. I need to know which are the orange, coffee and strawberry creams because they make me heave!

Darrell on the other hand is not so fussy, he just dives in, as Joseph (and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) once said  “Any choc will do.”   But, I do know he has a penchant for a toffee and/or nut centre, so a cluster would be his prefered choice. I quote :- “A nut cluster is a delicious meld of my two most favourite centres” (Darrell, 12th May 2008)

Monkey, get yourself a monkey suit or black clothes and gloves and you could be the Milk Tray man. "All because the lady loves Milk Tray." Maybe it should be "All because the monkey loved Milk Tray."

Those Milk Tray ads have given me much to consider over the years ..... especially the one on the boat .... I think there has been a lot of poetic license going on ..... for example ......

Have you seen how tight wets suits actually are ..... they are a struggle for a normal sized man just wearing his swimming trunks to get into ..... can you then imagine the kerrfuffle of trying to get one on over a full evening suit .... he'd look like a swimming bag of potatoes, if he could swim at all ........ more like he'd have to be dragged along behind a dingy clutching his briefcase containing said chocolates....... not so glamourous and romantic then....

Goodness knows what dolphins and sharks would think as they saw this vision in rubber whizz past them in the ocean

No ...... I can't see it working in real life ..... you can't beat Tesco Home Delivery in my humble opinion.

If the lady in question has a healthy appetite and "The Man in Black" has chosen the easier option of using his Tesco Delivery Account to send her Cadbury's Milk Tray, he could add a few other bits and pieces to make up a minimum order....like some apples and cheese, Mr Kipling Fondant Fancies, a couple of tubes of Pringles and stuff ....... just an idea......
