There is nothing more wonderful, in the days following Christmas as bubble and squeak for breakfast, dinner and tea!!!!!
To say that we had a most ample sufficiency of leftovers for its making of, from our Christmas repast would be a slight understatement ….. so far we are on our fourth day of enjoying this delicacy ….. very ably prepared by the maestro of bubble and squeak himself ….. Darrell.

Oh my, that does look good! Perfectly browned by a bubble and squeak master cook......Darrell's cooking skills are very impressive these days; Hugh will be proud...always thought Americans were missing out since most are not familiar with this dish......we can see your festive holiday good times are still in full swing there....Once again Darrell is a trend setter in his tiger onsie....animal prints seem to be "in" and Darrell will be leading the pack!
