……. but we didn’t tell him that we’d already had a cheeky nibble ……. nom, nom, nom!

I hope the cabbage white caterpillars don't get at them. They ruined my attempts to grow kale to eat the one time I tried.
Maybe Darrell should take up sentry duty. He would have to be very still for hours - would that pose a problem?
